The Caliph is our elected leader, you may relate to him as the President of our Oriental Band of Bedouins. He is the one that is to blaze our trail over the hot sandy dunes of the desert for this year, guiding us into a world of parades, competition, trips and parties. As we do things to support our hospitals and the Shrine, we try to have some fun. The main task for Gerald is to organize the activities for oriental band events, keep us all happy and still bring a certain amount of respect to our order.

Here is another of our elected officers. The Sheik is second in command, just like a vice president. Mike is tasked to keep our tribe of nobles from harm as we follow our Caliph around. He has a set of the written by-laws and keeps us on the right track as we wander around doing our good deeds. This is very important to us because we want to make sure that we do some of our things the right way. This is very hard for Mike to do because it must be killing him to watch us as we go our merry little ways!!
