Johnnie Wallace is a
native of the Fort Worth, Texas, area growing up in Hurst. He is an Alumni of
Texas Christian University (TCU) where he did Under Graduate, Graduate, and Post
Graduate work in Psychology and Theology. He received his Doctor of Divinity
from Rocky Mountain Baptist University in 1984. Currently he serves as Sr. Pastor of
Hurstview Baptist Church,
Hurst, Texas. He is married to Vicki Wallace, has three children and three grand
children.
He is Past Master of Hurst Lodge #1387, a
member of Moslah Shrine since 1987, and a member of the
Moslah Bedouins since 1993.
Ken was raised on the West Side
of Ft. Worth, attended Arlington Heights High School, North TexaS State
University (NTSU), and Texas Christian University (TCU). He joined the musicians
union in the eighth grade and began playing professionally.
He Joined the Shrine in 1965. He was president of the Band Unit in 1977. In 1979
he became Band Director of the Moslah Bedouins and retired as director in 1992.
He is married to Jimmie Kaye, has one daughter, one son, and four grandchildren.
His Father, Denny Mattoon, is 95, and lives in Fort. Worth,
